　　格热利国立工业艺术学院创建于1901年，是俄罗斯联邦历史最悠久的工业艺术学院之一。学校的前身是格热利工业艺术专科学院，2002年正式更名为格热利国立工业艺术学院。学院现设有：工艺美术设计系、服务旅游系、经济管理系、函授系。同时开设有专科、本科及专家相关专业，如：设计、文化与艺术设计、工艺美术、民间手工艺创作、工业设备维修与安全、房屋结构与建筑操作、经济学、经济管理、旅游、旅游与服务、法学、经济学与会计等。
